It forms the foundation for the growth of active operations by a commercial bank, and acts the function of a safety cushion, enabling the bank to respond to financial and market risks thereby protecting the interests of depositors and creditors of a commercial bank.

The shareholders of «APEX BANK» JSC fully recognize the importance of complying with capitalization requirements and are committed to meeting these obligations in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Banks and Banking Activities." All relevant decisions on pre-capitalization of the bank will be made shortly and communicated in accordance with the legal requirements.
