We inform you that APEX BANK is making changes to its deposit product line.

Starting from February 19, 2026, acceptance of new deposits under the product “Everest Income – 3” will be suspended,
from February 21, 2026 — under the product “Premium+”.

Please note that all previously opened deposits will continue to operate in full. The Bank guarantees fulfillment of its obligations under them in strict accordance with the terms of the concluded agreements.

Interest accrual, income payment procedures, and refund of funds will be carried out in accordance with the current deposit terms.
