We inform you that, in accordance with the minutes decision of the Finance Committee No. 11 dated March 19, 2026, from April 1, 2026, new versions of the Tariffs for commission remuneration for the fulfillment of client orders of JSC "APEXBANK" legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in national and foreign currency will come into force.
From April 1, 2026, the following changes will come into effect for the "DELTA" tariff:
For current customers:
- The account servicing fee is charged monthly on the 5th and is deducted by the bank in accordance with the current rates.
- The bank's commission for transferring funds to an individual's bank card account opened at "APEX BANK" JSC - 0.1%
- Making payments through the Anor system - 1500.00 soums for each payment (including VAT)
- Receiving and recounting cash from clients submitting Paynet system payments:
From 9:00 to 18:00 - 1% of the amount
After 6:00 PM - 2% of the amount
- Bank commission for processing transactions made on bank cards of international payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and others) issued outside the Republic of Uzbekistan in a trading terminal registered in the UZCARD and/or HUMO system - 2.7% of the amount
- Bank commission for processing transactions when paying through TezQR (quick payment through POS terminal) - 1% of the payment amount
- Bank commission for processing transactions with NFC payment (quick payment through POS terminal) - 1% of the payment amount
- The bank's commission for processing transactions made through NFC (quick payment through POS terminal) using bank cards of international payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and others, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Huawei Pay and other similar services) issued outside the Republic of Uzbekistan - 2.7% of the amount
- Bank commission for processing transactions via QR-online (a single QR code for the client) - 0.5% of the amount
For new customers:
The tariff is offered only in the new version and is available for connection only for clients of the VIC segment. When opening an account for a new client after the 20th, no commission is charged for the month of connection.
From April 1, 2026, the following changes will come into force for the "STANDART" tariff:
For current customers:
- Bank commission for the transfer of funds for crediting to the bank card account of an individual opened in JSC "APEX BANK" - by 0.1%
- Making payments through the Anor system - 1500.00 soums for each payment (including VAT)
- Receiving and recounting cash from clients submitting Paynet system payments:
From 9:00 to 18:00 - 1% of the amount
After 6:00 PM - 2% of the amount

For new customers:
- Commission for transferring funds according to the payment document to other commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan. - 0.3%* of the amount (the average commission value is indicated, it is allowed to set a commission from 0.1% to 0.5%, while setting a commission below the average value is allowed in agreement with the Department of Corporate Business)
