We would like to inform you about changes to the deposit product line of APEX BANK. Starting from February 27, 2026, the Bank will discontinue the acceptance of new deposits under the “Tian Shan” and “Elbrus-2” programs.

All previously opened deposit agreements will remain valid under their existing terms. The Bank fully guarantees the fulfillment of all obligations in accordance with the signed contracts and within the established timelines.

Interest on active deposits will continue to accrue and be paid according to the terms of the agreements, and the return of funds will be carried out as stipulated.
