What can no longer be paid in cash

1. Government services
Payments can only be made by bank card or through electronic payment systems

2. Utility payments
Electricity • gas • water — cashless payments only
Exception: payments via bank cash desks

3. Gas stations, alcohol, and tobacco
Fuel, EV charging, alcohol, and tobacco products — cashless only

4. Purchases above 25 million UZS
Goods and services exceeding 25 million UZS — must be paid cashlessly
Exception: agricultural products

5. Real estate and vehicles
All transactions — only via bank transfers
